Business Breakfast Club: Balancing life and business
Tuesday 14th June 2011, 8 - 9.30am
These monthly business breakfasts will be
a chance to meet up with fellow members and others over a delicious
breakfast.
Each month a guest speaker will be doing a
mini-workshop within the club however there will be plenty of time
to socialise before and after the workshop.
WORKSHOP:
This month's workshop will be run by WBC member Mavis Wenham.
Taking the theme of linking your health and business the workshop
titled 'Peace within creates Peace without' will
give useful mind, body and spirit relaxation tips. Start your
day on a positive note by attending!
ABOUT MAVIS:
Mavis is a Freelance Social Care Consultant within the fields of
Social Work and Interim Management. She has been managing ANKH
Services Consultancy since 1997 and prior to this Mavis worked for
many years in Local Government and before that within the Third
Sector, serving her local communities. Mavis is involved in well
being development and raising the Spiritual Well Being Agenda
through ANKH Place and has Lay Person involvement in Complementary
Therapy Forums
