Women’s Business Centre hosts the UK Women’s Enterprise Study Tour for PROWESS

On the 30th of October women from around the globe are coming to visit the first purpose built women’s business centre in the UK. The centre was chosen by Prowess as an outstanding example of best practice and will showcase the exceptional work of the centre and other partners from across London. 

Women from South Africa, Zambia, USA, Canada, turkey, Belgium, France, Sweden the Netherlands will arrive to meet, greet and exchange ideas with the women from the centre. There will be stalls selling products of local business women. Jewellery, cushions and henna products are just a few of the things that will be for sale, so do pop in anytime from 9am-2pm to pick up some Christmas bargains.

The Women’s Business Centre at Businessworks will host the meeting and will be joined by representatives from:

• FEAT/Urban Inclusion

The study tour will conclude with a closing reception at No11 Downing Street before they return home to put what they have learnt about women’s enterprise into practice.
