Steps To Entrepreneurship
The Steps to Entrepreneurship programme is a suite of three advanced level courses that provide incremental steps towards the development of a fully developed business plan.
By the end of each course in the programme you will have gained further knowledge, skills and understanding to enhance your professional development;
Step 1
By the end of the Look before You Leap course you will have examined a range of business models and the option of self-employment, and you will have produced a feasibility study
Step 2
By the end of the Applying the Rules of Business course you will have understood more detailed aspects of business planning and will have prepared the ground for the development of a business plan
Step 3
By the end of the Planning for Success course you will have produced a finished business plan based on your business idea, suitable for presentation to raise finance and launch your business. You will also have understood the importance of effective marketing in the success of a business.
The courses of the programme are offered in a range of study modes designed to suit individual requirements and circumstances, and course start dates and timetables are designed to accommodate a variety of client needs.
